Returns & Refunds

We understand that sometimes you have to kiss more than one frog to find your prince. That’s why we allow for merchandise returns on the following conditions:

• All returns must be in original shrink wrap & be in unopened condition.
• All returns must be initiated within 30 days of purchase.
• Customer is responsible to pay for return packaging and shipping. Tracking is highly recommended.
• Full refunds will be issued to the payment method used in the original purchase once returned item reaches us in original, unopened condition.

Please film an unboxing video to receive credit for missing or damaged items. Begin filming before the box is opened. Videos must be unedited. Submit your UNEDITED video for consideration.
